Tell your consultant each child’s age and the activities your family enjoys. Mix major sights with breaks, short walks and free time instead of filling every hour.
Agree on rooms and transfers
Confirm room occupancy, bed arrangements, adjoining-room requests and luggage space before booking. Discuss child-seat requirements and any equipment you plan to bring; availability should be confirmed in writing.
Keep different interests in the plan
A family route might combine panda viewing in Sichuan, imperial sights in Beijing and hands-on cultural experiences in Xi’an. Choose from the published itineraries, then adjust the route and pace with your consultant.
